Support transportation operations, freight planning, carrier management, dispatch activities, and shipment tracking to support our transportation network moving efficiently. Factory Location: Poland, Maine Compensation: $24.62 / hour Schedule: Wednesday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday - Sunday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities include docking support for all accounts managed, weekend support for dispatch, customer service, and OS&D, follow up on late loads, coordinate and manage daily freight movements, monitor and optimize load planning and routing, communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders, analyze transportation data and KPIs, and maintain and update the after-hours carrier contact phone & e-mail list.

Qualifications include a high school diploma required, college degree preferred, 1-2 years of work experience in logistics/transportation operations, excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Excel, SAP and TMS experience preferred, excellent problem solving, critical thinking, planning, and organizing skills, and strong English language skills.
