About the Role
Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant supporting multiple managers and their teams at our Decatur, TX Service Center. Start your assignment with hands-on training and meetings in Ft. Worth, then transition to a primary Decatur-based role. Be a key player in ensuring smooth office operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

- Sort, file, and document records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to managers and staff
- Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, and manage conference room logistics
- Process invoices, distribute mail, and manage department files
- Draft correspondence, memos, and reports as directed
- Compile, summarize, and present information for special projects
- Process purchasing and travel card statements, and prepare timely reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office supply inventory
- Support other administrative assistants and executive offices as needed
- Document meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up
- Participate in and contribute to various special projects

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of secretarial or administrative support experience
- Proficient verbal and written communication
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy

- Knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
