We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a career in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity allows you to learn within a high-producing residential office where collaboration and relationships create exposure to commercial opportunities through an active network of residential agents.

You will learn how to generate commercial opportunities through prospecting, networking, business development, referrals, and relationship building with investors, business owners, and property owners. The focus is on developing strong communication skills, identifying opportunities, and building a commercial pipeline while gaining confidence through real-world experience.

You will learn about a variety of commercial property types while developing an understanding of property analysis, income potential, market trends, and investment fundamentals. Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will gain exposure to the steps involved in commercial transactions from the initial conversation through closing while continuing to strengthen your knowledge of the commercial market.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
• Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
• Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
• Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
• Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language

• A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
• Good communication
• Sales experience
