Role Overview

At Excelitas Technologies, the Salesforce Systems Analyst will join a global, high-performing team and play a key role in driving technology-enabled business transformation. This role partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver scalable, Salesforce-driven solutions that enhance Front-end business processes and improve operations across our global footprint.

You will be responsible for administering, analyzing, and continuously enhancing the Salesforce platform, supporting both new initiatives and ongoing improvements. Leveraging your expertise, you will gather and translate business requirements into effective solutions, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and delivering measurable business value.

Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex CRM and business process concepts to a wide range of audiences across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with global business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and drive process transformation
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements
• Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce CRM and related applications to support both new initiatives and ongoing improvements
• Design, test, and deploy new features, integrations, and enhancements to improve user experience and productivity
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including solution design, system testing, release management, and post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to ensure continuous platform performance
• Lead data activities including migration, transformation, and ongoing data quality management
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations and global scalability
• Analyze trends and system performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver system demos, training sessions, and user support to ensure successful adoption of new features and processes

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation
• Strong expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration; certifications preferred (Administrator and/or Platform Developer)
• Experience with release management tools such as Copado and version control (e.g., GitHub)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce development tools such as Apex and Visualforce (preferred)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and tools (e.g., Pardot, CPQ, DocuSign, Conga, OwnBackup)
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
• Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience supporting global, multi-instance Salesforce environments preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support stakeholders across multiple time zones
