Bilingual Legal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and clerical support to our client's legal team. The ideal candidate is a disciplined multi-tasker capable of managing complex schedules, high-volume document workflows, and essential client communications with a calm, professional demeanor.


Job Responsibilities for the Bilingual Legal Assistant:

• Coordinate attorney schedules, court deadlines, and meeting logistics to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Lead file management efforts, including the collection, organization, and preservation of critical legal documents.
• Edit, format, and draft professional correspondence, legal documents, and PowerPoint presentations with high accuracy.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for verbal and written interactions with clients, internal departments, and colleagues.
• Execute financial administrative tasks, including processing expense reimbursements, check requests, and other miscellaneous office duties.
• Exceptional organizational and case management skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, including advanced proofing and editing capabilities.

Qualifications for the Bilingual Legal Assistant:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a professional services environment.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Nitro Pro software is a significant plus
• Bilingual in Spanish / English

Compensation for the Bilingual Legal Assistant:

$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr
