Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Transcend Mental Health & Wellness, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to the specific needs of patients.
\n
• Assessing and evaluating clients' mental health and relationship challenges, including alcohol or substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, divorce adjustments, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions that encourage open communication and conflict resolution among family members.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances of each patient.
\n
• Documenting client progress through thorough case notes and progress reports, ensuring that records are maintained accurately and in compliance with regulations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create a cohesive treatment approach for patients presenting complex issues.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working closely with adults as well as child and adolescent populations, providing comprehensive therapy designed to support various family dynamics, including those experiencing:

• Emotional distress resulting from separation or divorce.
\n
• Challenges stemming from blended family situations.
\n
• Grief from loss of loved ones.
\n
• Communication difficulties and conflicts among family members.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state-issued license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Transcend Mental Health & Wellness offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $75,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide:
