Operational Readiness Coordinator (onsite)

Operational Readiness Coordinator (onsite) Miami, FL 14645 - Operational Readiness Coordinator (onsite) - Miami, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project. Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Our client is filling this contract position exclusively through approved staffing partners, so this opportunity is not available by applying directly with the client. If you're interested, we'd be happy to represent you throughout the hiring process. Required Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Miami, FL (required). Experience with Project management or operational readiness (5+ years). Experience Managing deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items. Experience with Stakeholder management. Experience with PowerPoint presentation development. Experience with JIRA. Experience with Power BI reporting. Preferred Experience Supporting large-scale implementations, readiness efforts, cutover, or hypercare activities. Responsibilities Support large-scale strategic initiatives and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities. Drive deliverables to completion and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups. Manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items proactively. Develop clear, concise, leadership-ready reporting using Power BI and PowerPoint. Track and manage project tasks using JIRA while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed. Lead deliverables and cross-stakeholder coordination for Operational Readiness Testing (ORT). Manage risks and deliver leadership-ready reporting. Why apply?
