Kitchen Manager

KJ’s Market is seeking a Bluebird Kitchen Manager to lead daily prepared foods operations in our grocery store. The Kitchen Manager oversees food production, merchandising, and quality standards for hot bar, deli, and grab-and-go items. Responsibilities include scheduling and training team members, managing inventory and ordering, maintaining food safety and sanitation compliance, and controlling waste and margins. The role partners closely with store leadership to deliver fresh, appealing offerings and warm, customer-focused service that reflects our small-town values and commitment to the local community.
