HR AdministratorSugar Land, TX (100% Onsite) 12+ Month Contract $25-$35/hrAbout the OpportunityOur client is seeking an HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations following a recent acquisition that significantly increased employee volume and HR workload. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing employee data, supporting onboarding efforts, and serving as a trusted resource for employees.What You'll DoServe as the first point of contact for employee HR questionsSupport new hire onboarding and orientation activitiesProcess and maintain employee records and HR documentationManage employee data entry and record accuracyAssist with I-9s, onboarding paperwork, and HR compliance documentationSupport payroll and benefits administration processesCoordinate onboarding logistics, system access, and employee setup needsMaintain spreadsheets, records, and HR systemsProvide general administrative support to the HR teamHandle confidential employee information with discretionWhat We're Looking For2+ years of HR, HR administration, employee support, or related administrative experienceExperience with onboarding, employee records, and HR documentationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProfessional and approachable communication styleAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBasic to intermediate Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and pivot tablesComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionPreferredExperience with SuccessFactors and/or UKGManufacturing or industrial industry experienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldIdeal CandidateThis role is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys HR administration and process-oriented work. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
