Senior Brand Reputation Manager

Role Description

We’re partnering with a globally operating financial markets business seeking an experienced Senior Brand Reputation Manager to lead brand trust, reputation, and strategic communications across international markets. This role requires someone with strong experience managing reputation strategy, PR opportunities, and crisis communications within fast-moving, highly regulated environments. You’ll be responsible for ensuring clear processes, messaging frameworks, and reputation management strategies are embedded across the business globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global reputation and brand trust strategy across multiple markets
• Drive proactive PR, media engagement, and thought leadership initiatives
• Manage crisis communications and reputational risk mitigation
• Oversee review platforms, community sentiment, and online brand perception
• Build scalable reputation processes and communication frameworks across the business
• Deliver strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Strong background in reputation management, PR, or strategic communications
• Experience within trading, brokerage, FX, fintech or financial services preferred
• Proven experience managing reputation and crisis communications globally
• Strong understanding of international markets and regulated environments
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Excellent stakeholder and media management skills
