You have come to the right place./ppThe Order Processor is responsible for managing and processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. This role ensures that all orders are entered correctly, verified for accuracy, and coordinated with key departmentsincluding Sales, Purchasing, Branch Management, and Warehouseto ensure timely and successful fulfillment. The Order Processor plays a critical role in maintaining accuracy in documentation, supporting production readiness, and contributing to the smooth operation of the order fulfillment process./ppEssential Functions/pulliAccurately enter and process customer orders in the companys order management system (ERP)./liliReview and verify order details, including selections and quantities, by comparing all relevant documentation for each project and community scope prior to entry./liliCollaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Branch Management teams to ensure orders are accurate and materials are available for production./liliCommunicate with internal teamsincluding Production, Design, and Warehouseto resolve any order discrepancies or material issues./liliIdentify and resolve order discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain data integrity and workflow efficiency./liliMaintain organized and accurate electronic order files, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements./liliSupport the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures related to order processing./liliComplete all required daily activities with accuracy and minimal supervision./liliPerform other related duties as assigned to support operational goals./li/ulpAdditional Responsibilities/pulliCompare color selection sheets to floor plans and diagrams, verifying proper quantities of raw materials or finished goods have been requested./liliComplete work order forms and compile all required information for crew leaders, drivers, quality control, and accounting./liliUse intermediate math skills to calculate square footage, yardage, linear feet, and other measurements as required for materials ordering and plan review./liliFacilitate model home orders with the Sales team, complete model discount forms, and review orders for completeness and accuracy./liliOrder shorts and create deficiency reports as needed; maintain up-to-date electronic folders./liliCommunicate effectively with Production, Sales, Design Studio, and Warehouse staff to proactively address potential issues./liliParticipate in required meetings and training sessions, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance with company policies./li/ulpEducation Experience/ppRequired/pulliHigh school diploma or GED equivalent./liliMinimum of 12 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or a related administrative role./li/ulpPreferred/pulliAssociates or Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field./liliMinimum of two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience./liliExperience in the flooring, cabinet, or construction industry preferred./liliBilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills a plus./li/ulpSkills Competencies/pulliStrong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and data management./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments./liliStrong organizational skills and time management abilities; capable of working in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines./liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)./liliWorking knowledge of ERP or order processing systems./liliExperience with 2020 Design software preferred for cabinet order processors./liliFamiliarity with inventory and production processes within the construction or building materials industry./liliDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies using sound judgment and problem-solving skills./li/ulpJob Competencies/pulliBasic technology proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly./liliProfessional-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate or coordinate between teams with differing priorities./liliStrong commitment to organization, time management, and process accuracy./liliDemonstrated ability to take ownership of responsibilities and maintain a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpWork Environment/pulliOffice-based role with routine collaboration across multiple departments including Sales, Purchasing, and Production./liliMay require occasional visits to warehouses, design studios, or job sites for order verification./liliFast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring attention to detail and adaptability./li/ulpPay range: $24-$26/hour plus benefits/ppIf you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!/ppAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, individual with disabilities, veteran status, gender identity or national origin./p/div
