ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as an Assistant County Prosecutor and attorney. That background helped shape my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for helping people through important decisions and challenges.

Giving back is a major priority for me. I’m heavily involved in charitable organizations focused on feeding the homeless and recently helped support an effort that packaged 250,000 meals for people in need. Serving the community and helping others is a core part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with STEVEN MCINTOSH - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
