Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Provide therapy sessions for couples, individuals, and families, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Address a variety of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to encourage open communication and resolve conflicts among family members.

• Utilize telehealth technology for remote counseling sessions and maintain accurate client records.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
