Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Some Responsibilities Include: Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner Maintaining and updating customer information accurately in our database Resolving customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction Making outbound follow-up calls to existing customers Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Dispatching and communicating with technicians throughout the day Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel High school diploma or GED required Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be dependable and punctual Schedule & Availability: This is a part-time position that requires: A strict 7:30 AM start time Availability to work 5 days per week (Monday–Friday) Flexible end times, with shifts ending before 5:00 PM No weekends required This position has strong potential to grow into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
