ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and inspire our team of insurance sales professionals to reach their full potential.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our long-term growth goals.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and celebrate team successes.
Collaborate with agency leadership to refine our value proposition and outreach methods.
Foster a supportive and productive office culture where everyone feels heard and valued.
Maintain high standards of compliance and ethics across all sales activities.
RequirementsCurrent Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license for the state of Rhode Island.
Five or more years of experience managing insurance sales teams.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales talent.
Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and data reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Understanding of Rhode Island insurance market trends.
