NAC Production Technician I/II
$20 - $28 per hourLGC Group
LGC Group seeks a Production Technician to manufacture lab consumables for oligonucleotide production in Alexandria, Minnesota. The role involves equipment operation, quality inspections, packaging, and process documentation with opportunities for independent and collaborative work.
Responsibilities
- Construct columns and manufacture PolyFrits following established procedures
- Perform quality spot checks and collaborate with QC to resolve issues
- Complete daily and weekly maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Suggest process and equipment improvements identified during manufacturing
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years manufacturing experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to safety protocols and PPE compliance
- 2-year technical degree preferred
- 3 years consumables manufacturing experience preferred
Compensation: Technician I: $20.00-$28.00/hourly; Technician II: $21.00-$30.50/hourly
