About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Business Development to lead regional sales strategies for bundled and unbundled services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, building and maintaining a strong client pipeline, and leading the sales process from client presentations to negotiations. This role requires a professional with a strong background in sales and business development, particularly in the areas of claims management services, insurance, and risk management. The AVP will also be expected to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards while achieving regional sales objectives. Applicants for the AVP of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or business, with a minimum of 6 years' of sales or business development experience. A background in Third Party Administrator (TPA) services is advantageous. The role demands a high level of proficiency in Excel and Salesforce for data tracking and analysis, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving results and developing long-term client relationships, and must be prepared for extensive travel to meet the demands of the position.
