\nWe are seeking a highly accomplished Director of FP&A to serve as a strategic finance business partner for a $1 billion business unit within a leading global MedTech organization.
\nThis is a highly visible role partnering directly with two Vice Presidents responsible for commercial performance, profitability, and business growth.
\nApproximately 85% of this role is focused on strategic finance business partnering, rather than traditional financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence senior executives.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior commercial leadership, supporting strategic planning and business decisions. \n
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive revenue growth, profitability, and financial performance. \n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning for a large business unit. \n
- Provide financial insights on pricing, product profitability, commercial investments, and resource allocation. \n
- Develop business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives. \n
- Present recommendations to senior executives and challenge business assumptions to drive better outcomes. \n
Required Qualifications

- Currently operating at the Senior Finance Manager or Director level. \n
- Must have experience supporting a P&L of at least $700 million, preferably $1B+. \n
- Strong background in commercial FP&A and strategic finance business partnering. \n
- Proven experience partnering directly with senior commercial executives. \n
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities. \n
- MedTech, medical devices, or similar large, product-driven industry experience preferred. \n
