Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate is super organized, has an eye for detail, and great follow through. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position. Local candidates only please.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects at the same time
• Clearly communicate project schedule and other information to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
• Read and interpret blueprints to facilitate effective communication among team members.
• Work with colleagues to support on-going projects
• Monitor/control and close out projects as assigned
• Monitor progress of projects; proactively identify and resolve potential project delays
• Report project status and updates to upper management and stakeholders
• Manage product shipment schedules to ensure timely deliveries and apprise customers
• Create and maintain customer books with all relevant information
• Address outstanding issues in a timely manner for proper closeout and invoicing of the project
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
• Solid knowledge of project management principles
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Able to learn reading and interpreting blueprint drawings
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Computer proficiency in a windows environment

Education:

College degree and/or 1 - 4 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
