Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations through telehealth screenings, gathering comprehensive mental health histories and assessment information.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client evaluations that address specific mental health challenges and goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, educators, and school nurses to ensure comprehensive support for students.

• Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure that client needs are being met effectively.

In this role, your primary focus will be on the student population within a school setting, which includes children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
