Position Overview

As a  Remote Benefits Representative , you'll work directly with clients through virtual Zoom and phone appointments, helping families understand their available benefits and select coverage that best fits their needs.

This role combines customer service, relationship building, and professional growth within a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations

• Learn about each client's needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions

• Explain available coverage options in a clear and professional manner

• Guide clients through the enrollment process

• Answer questions and provide ongoing policy support

• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service

Professional Development

• Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs

• Develop leadership, communication, and client service skills

• Collaborate with a supportive remote team

• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Must be physically located within the United States

• Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (guidance provided)

• Computer or laptop

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Webcam and microphone capability
