Membership Manager

As our Membership Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the membership program at Belmont Park Village, executing the strategy set by the Senior Director of Strategy, and overseeing on-the-ground delivery. You will report to the Marketing Growth Officer and work directly with the Senior Director of Strategy & Business Operations on strategic direction.

With a strong focus on converting Village visitors into members, moving members up through the levels to the VIC/L3 segment, and incentivizing membership spend tracking, you will help drive average transaction value, single purchase value (SPV), retention rates, and ultimately, customer lifetime value.

What you will be doing

• Operational Membership Program Delivery
• Execute membership activity within the overall strategy set by the Senior Director of Strategy for Belmont Park Village, ensuring it is always optimized and developed with member experience front of mind.
• Critically evaluate membership positioning and messaging to ensure it adds another layer of differentiation to BPV’s overall proposition and is something only BPV can offer its guests.
• Provide input into budget requirements for membership at the Village, prioritizing member experience and forecasted return on investment.
• Deliver the membership program for Belmont Park Village, ensuring we offer compelling benefits to attract and acquire new members, as well as meaningful, exciting experiences and rewards to continually engage and delight existing ones.
• Leverage guest knowledge and insight to proactively contribute to decision-making, iterations, and optimizations, contributing to a test-and-learn culture across the team.
• Guest Acquisition & Clienteling
• Collaborate with the Concierge and Retail teams to maximize new member acquisition opportunities throughout the Village, including efficacy tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Private Client Services team on both Global & Local Elite and HNW guests, and on the omni-channel experience with The Apartment as our clienteling space.
• Support the rollout and development of new services for members, including personal shopping, virtual shopping, gifting, exclusive brand experiences, and events.
• Cross-Channel Membership Communications
• Develop and execute end-to-end, cross-channel activities, including rewards, reward emails, push notifications, direct mail, clienteling, and other channels as appropriate.
• Develop, test and iterate membership communications that drive retention and cultivate brand advocacy.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration across all Bicester Collection Villages when members are visiting New York or living in the travel area.
• Work collaboratively with the CMS lead on app and website platforms to ensure the user experience is seamless.
• Performance & Reporting
• Work with the Retail Analyst to ensure the regular creation and circulation of analysis and reports on key membership metrics.
• Work at a fast pace and be capable of pivoting at speed to ensure both brand and business goals are met continually and consistently in todays challenging and changing marketplace.

• Proven experience delivering against a membership or loyalty program within retail and/or a luxury environment.
• Proven success delivering results in a matrixed, multinational organization.
• Experience using digital tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Contentful, and Salesforce.

• Knowledge of US data privacy requirements (e.g. CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws) and the ever-evolving data privacy landscape.
• Excellent project management skills.
• A hands-on approach and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, with high attention to detail.
• Able to work well with all levels across the business.
• Ability to both work as part of a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
