Description Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established protocols.
• Scrutinize results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with sample collection and prepare specimens for testing when necessary.
• Record all procedures with diligence, train new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health qualification alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain valid certification throughout employment.
