Sr. Data Center Recruiters - High Volume (Contract, Onsite)

The High-Volume Data Center Recruiter is responsible for: Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals. Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns. Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs. Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire. Coordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed. Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in full-cycle data center recruiting. 2+ years in high-volume (25+ hires per month) recruitment. Recruiting for Data Center cabling/network construction highly desired. Knowledge of terminology such as Division 27, ITC, ISP/OSP, fiber, structured cabling, data center mission critical environments is preferred. Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines.
