Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our clinical outpouring. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for couples and family units, engaging with each member both together and individually to ensure all perspectives are heard and addressed.

• Specialize in therapeutic interventions for a variety of family issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, separation and divorce adjustments, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to assist clients in achieving their personal and familial goals, measuring progress through established benchmarks.

• Document patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously in our electronic records system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and insurance requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and collaboratively refine treatment strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, training sessions, and participating in supervision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve includes diverse family systems, from couples navigating relational challenges to families facing complex dynamics such as blended family issues and job-related stress. Qualifications\n
