As a Payroll Specialist your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule for a large employee population across multiple states.
• Serve as a key point of coordination between the payroll function and organizational stakeholders to support smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain payroll files and related documentation with a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, tax withholdings, and direct deposit matters in a timely and attentive manner.
• Enter and update W-4 information and direct deposit changes within the payroll system while ensuring data accuracy.
• Perform consistent data entry and payroll record updates to support day-to-day payroll operations.
• Review payroll information for completeness and identify discrepancies before final processing.
• Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks and support ongoing operational needs as assigned.

The ideal Payroll Specialist candidate will have:
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle payroll from data review through final processing.
• Background handling multi-state payroll in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices, employee deductions, and tax-related updates.
• Proven ability to process payroll for organizations with more than 500 employees.
• High attention to detail with strong data entry and record maintenance skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally when addressing employee payroll questions.
• Hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now.
