Ecommerce UX Lead - Optimize Conversions & Growth

IxDF in Hailey, Idaho is seeking an eCommerce UX Manager to lead the strategic design, optimization, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end digital customer journey. This role focuses on creating intuitive, high-converting storefront experiences that drive engagement and maximize key eCommerce metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per session, and average order value.
