An enthusiastic Horticulturist, that thrives in a role with hard work, dedication, and passion for all plants. You take pride in your leadership and communication skills and love a challenge. You work well under pressure, and you can maintain a level head in stressful situations. About the role:
As a Plant Associate, you will be responsible for plant sales, inventory, plant care & maintenance and customer service. Candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with people and plants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Tree & Shrub Sales
Customer Service
Diagnostic ability of plant Disease and Plant issues
Plant Maintenance
Requirements:
3+ years Horticulture Experience
Solid Knowledge of Trees & Shrubs
Weekend Availability
Positive, friendly approachable attitude and excellence presentation skills
Demonstrate strong leadership ability
Must be motivated and enthusiastic
