Sr. FP&A Analyst – Houston, TX We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Houston team and drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support for Kirby’s Distribution & Services business. Responsibilities Own core budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for key areas of the business Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to deliver insights that influence strategy and business decisions Analyze results, variances, trends, and business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvements Create executive‑ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that improve visibility and decision‑making Support monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting with a sharp focus on quality and accuracy Contribute to business case modeling, scenario analysis, and ad hoc projects tied to growth and profitability Help strengthen reporting, improve processes, and enhance the tools leaders use to manage the business Build expertise and gain exposure to senior stakeholders in a collaborative, high‑performance environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus Kirby offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to build a long‑term career with a respected industry leader that values performance, development, and continuous growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
