IT Help Desk I
Heat and Control
LOCATION: Hayward, CA (Onsite)
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose remote users' connectivity issues involving VPN, email, and internet.
- Configure and deploy new computer systems, including user profile setup.
- Administer mobile devices and provide user training.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, including workstation setup and account access verification.
- Provide printer support, install and update printer drivers.
- Experience with software installation and workstation support.
- Knowledge of Windows 11, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with computer imaging and user profile setup.
- Ability to travel up to 5% as required.
