Coordinator - Digital Strategy

Summary The Digital Strategy Coordinator will support the eCommerce team in driving online sales and optimizing the customer journey through reporting, assortment management, and cross‑functional project support. The role involves daily performance monitoring, preparing insights and ad‑hoc analyses, and assisting merchandising and buying processes to improve conversion and inventory flow. This is an on‑site corporate role requiring occasional weekend support during peak periods. Responsibilities Prepare daily and ad‑hoc reports on sales trends, inventory, and omnichannel performance and provide actionable insights. Support the Digital Strategy Manager with day‑to‑day tasks and project execution across eCommerce and merchandising functions. Review sales and stock levels to optimize online assortment and drive conversion. Monitor product deliveries and online launches, ensuring product accuracy and reporting launch performance. Assist the buying team with order entry and requested edits and help prepare market tools for buying appointments. Conduct competitive analyses and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to implement digital initiatives. Requirements 1+ year of relevant experience in retail merchandising/planning, digital analytics, or buying. BA degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical reporting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and strong collaboration skills. High attention to detail and natural problem‑solving ability. Availability to provide occasional weekend support during peak periods.
