Experience: Prior orthopedic surgical experience preferred

Competitive base salary starting at $600,000+

$50,000 signing bonus

Monthly stipend of $2,000 for residency or fellowship completion

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive orthopedic care including consultations, surgeries, and follow-up visits

Perform inpatient hospital procedures or collaborate with hospitalist teams

Work in advanced ORs with a multidisciplinary support team

Participate in call rotation and weekend coverage

Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation

Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers

Teach and mentor advanced practice providers and staff

Contribute to high-quality patient outcomes in a high-demand setting

Maintain detailed medical documentation and patient histories

Engage in hospital initiatives and quality improvement programs

What You Need

Required:

Missouri Medical License

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

DEA, CSR, CDS Controlled Substance certifications

3+ years of orthopedic surgery experience preferred but not mandatory

Preferred:

Experience working in a hospital or multispecialty clinic

Strong communication and teamwork skills
