The working hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify each patient’s unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals and conditions.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to guide individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and various therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated capability to perform thorough mental health assessments and develop actionable treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a broad spectrum of patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
