Full Time/Part Time – Associate Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury Fanizzi & Barr, P.C. What You’ll Do Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial, if necessary Conduct and defend depositions Draft, argue, and respond to motions Appear in court for conferences and hearings Develop case strategy and work directly with clients Perform legal research and draft high-quality pleadings and memoranda What We’re Looking For Admitted to practice in New York 2+ years of experience in personal injury and/or insurance defense (preferred) Strong deposition and motion practice experience (preferred) Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture Why Join Us?
