Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using a variety of diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices. This involves developing personalized treatment plans that address the individual needs of each patient, facilitating their journey towards improved mental wellness.

• Implement dynamic therapeutic interventions including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Your clinical expertise will enable clients to navigate their challenges, fostering resilience and hope.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. This includes timely updates to patient charts that reflect ongoing treatment strategies and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to provide holistic care. Participate in regular case discussions and peer evaluations to continuously enhance the quality of care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resource availability, empowering them with knowledge that can help them manage their challenges.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and clinical advancements in mental health, integrating this knowledge into practice to ensure the delivery of effective, evidence-based care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
