In this remote role, you will engage with clients during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration, using established psychological evaluation tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific values, goals, and preferences through mutual agreement.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's diagnosis and progress.

• Provide informative education to clients and their families, covering the intricacies of mood disorders, treatment modality effectiveness, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, participating in case discussions to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Remain informed about recent research and advancements in the mental health field to continuously improve the treatment strategies employed.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all clinical interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals suffering from a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and a deep understanding of the diverse cultural, social, and economic factors influencing mental health is vital in addressing their unique circumstances effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited academic institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities specific to mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong familiarity with psychopharmacology and collaborative practices with medical professionals.

• A proven ability to achieve successful therapeutic outcomes with clients facing mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
