Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' frequency, severity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs, aspirations, and preferences to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various mood disorders.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting plans as needed to ensure therapeutic efficacy and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. We cater to a diverse client demographic, ranging from adults navigating life transitions to those dealing with persistent mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT techniques.

• Strong familiarity with psychopharmacology to cooperate effectively with psychiatrists as part of a holistic treatment strategy.

• A demonstrated history of achieving positive therapeutic outcomes in patients struggling with mood disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with additional years of experience or specialized training in mood disorders will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy modalities are also considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
