As a remote counselor, you will provide critical mental health services to clients through telehealth modalities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and their families to fully understand their unique challenges and backgrounds.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment goals, ensuring evidence-based therapeutic practices are utilized.
\n
• Maintain accurate billing documentation, develop individualized treatment plans, and complete insurance authorization forms promptly to ensure seamless service delivery.
\n
• Collaboratively create crisis plans, safety plans when required, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans with clients to foster stability and recovery.
\n
• Design comprehensive discharge plans that outline ongoing care and support following therapy sessions.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and Inspire Wellness policies to maintain a high standard of care.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and educational opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to the overall improvement of services.

• Complete all necessary licensure requirements and mandatory training as stipulated by state regulations and agency policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds seeking support for a wide range of mental health issues. Clients may present with conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a therapist at Inspire Wellness, you will be instrumental in fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field that results in eligibility for licensure is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
