Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while also providing the opportunity to connect meaningfully with clients from the comfort of their own environments. While you will primarily work from home, our outpatient office in Scranton provides a resource for in-person meetings and team collaborations as needed. Our work schedule is designed for work-life balance, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring you have dedicated time for both professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess the severity of mood disorder symptoms and determine their frequency and impact on clients' daily lives.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Deliver therapy sessions that provide a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and behaviors, facilitating growth through guided discussions and interventions.

• Offer education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress, documenting developments meticulously and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to integrated care, enhancing the overall treatment experience.

• Stay current with the latest research and practices in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapy strategies and client care methods.
