JJPI seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for its Survivor Services division. The Clinical Supervisor maintains a small caseload providing clinical services to participants who have experienced trauma, provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff and students, and works on program development to support and improve the financial health of the agency. This position works intensively with trauma and training in evidence-based practices specific to trauma in a specialized agency that is a vital part of the social services system in Philadelphia. The Clinical Supervisor reports to the Director of Survivor and Community-Based Services.

Current clinical licensure in Pennsylvania is required for this role. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred. Other acceptable license types include LPC, LMFT, and Licensed Psychologist.

Responsibilities include maintaining the highest-quality clinical services for all JJPI clients, developing and maintaining clinical utilization, attending clinical meetings and scheduled supervision, providing administrative and clinical supervision to FT clinicians, and providing direct clinical supervision/consultation to students/interns. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor will supervise the Survivor Services clinic one evening per week, participate in after-hours on-call, and understand the impact of the caseload requirements on the financial performance of the agency.

Education: Master's degree or better in a field related to clinical work.

License: Must have one of the following licenses in Pennsylvania: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Psychologist.

Experience: 5+ years of experience providing trauma treatment, 2+ years of experience providing supervision, training, and consultation to clinicians and/or students.
