To support a growing dental technology team, the full-time Telesales Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, helping consumers find suitable Dental Savings Plans while achieving sales goals in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Guide consumers through plan options, educating them on benefits and features while ensuring a clear understanding of the enrollment process Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, conversion targets, and KPIs by effectively uncovering consumer needs Document all interactions accurately and adhere to company policies and sales compliance protocols Required qualifications Typically 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Strong understanding of financial concepts and knowledge of US GAAP Ability to build trust and connect with consumers through professional communication
