Location: Hialeah, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
First-Year Earnings: $54,000–$59,000+
Base Salary: $42,000–$46,000 (Depending on Experience) + Monthly Commission + $2,000 Year-End Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Are you a motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and earning commission?

We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Hialeah. You'll work with contractors, manufacturers, machine shops, fabricators, and commercial customers, providing metal products and outstanding customer service.

No metals industry experience? No problem. If you've succeeded in inside sales, customer service, retail sales, construction supply, manufacturing, building materials, or account management, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails
• Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing
• Convert quotes into sales
• Process customer orders accurately
• Follow up on outstanding quotes
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Prospect new business using Google and other resources
• Process customer payments
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries
• Meet monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of inside sales, sales, customer service, retail sales, account management, or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• CRM experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $42,000–$46,000 annually (depending on experience)
• 1% Commission on Gross Profit (eligible after 90 days)
• Average monthly commission of approximately $900
• Average first-year earnings: $54,000–$59,000+
• $2,000 Year-End Performance Bonus
