Aspen Bravo is a rapidly growing residential window and door replacement company committed to delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. We proudly install ProVia® windows and doors , recognized throughout the industry for their superior craftsmanship, energy efficiency, security, beauty, and industry-leading warranty.
As we expand throughout the Houston market, we’re looking for highly motivated Sales Representatives who want more than just another sales job. We’re building a team of professionals who want to grow personally, professionally, and financially while helping homeowners invest in one of their largest assets.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no base salary. We offer one of the highest commission payout structures in the industry with no cap on earnings.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their window and door replacement needs.
- Educate customers on the benefits of premium ProVia windows and doors.
- Present customized solutions and prepare project proposals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on honesty, professionalism, and education—not pressure.
- Follow Aspen Bravo’s proven sales process and systems.
- Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
- Work closely with your Area Sales Director and leadership team to continually improve your skills and performance.

Compensation
100% Commission-Based
- No salary.
