This is a high-impact, executive-level role with full P&L responsibility, overseeing brand strategy, innovation, consumer insights, and team leadership across our growing portfolio of consumer products. You'll shape the marketing agenda, elevate our brands, and drive meaningful innovation—while building and mentoring a powerhouse team. We're seeking a seasoned CPG leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—someone who can think big, act decisively, and lead with both heart and hustle.

What You'll Do

Shape the strategy. Lead marketing strategy and long-term growth planning aligned to enterprise goals. Own the business. Manage brand and portfolio performance with full P&L accountability, including pricing, forecasting, and resource allocation. Elevate our brands. Strengthen positioning, packaging, advertising, and consumer touchpoints to build lasting brand equity. Drive innovation that matters. Lead our innovation roadmap, grounded in consumer insights and delivered through a robust Stage-Gate process. Collaborate across the business. Partner with Sales to bring category stories to life and optimize in-store performance. Build a world-class team. Inspire and develop a high-performing marketing organization across brand, trade, insights, and innovation.

What You Bring

20+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including 10+ in senior roles at top-tier CPG companies A track record of building brands, launching successful innovations, and delivering strong business results Full P&L ownership experience, with strong analytical and financial acumen Expertise across the "4 Ps," portfolio strategy, consumer insights, and omnichannel execution Experience leading and scaling marketing teams through growth and transformation A collaborative, empowering leadership style with a passion for talent development
