YOUR MISSION The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities: Business Development Implement the sales strategy in the field Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term, profitable partnerships Be accountable for the profitability and growth of your business portfolio Talent Acquisition & Management Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the dedicated recruitment team Conduct interviews and ensure the successful onboarding of your new hires Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group PROFILE SOUGHT Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or business 1 to 5 years of successful experience in industry, services, or engineering-related fields An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships Results‑oriented with a rigorous and structured approach WHY JOIN US? Salary: Total compensation ranges around $75,000-85,000 + $25,000 annual bonus The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
