Cloud-Scale ML ASIC Design Engineer

Amazon is seeking an ASIC Design Engineer to join the Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team in Cupertino. You will design and optimize hardware for AWS inference servers, delivering high-quality RTL and efficient SOC integration to scale our data centers.
The role emphasizes SystemVerilog RTL, architecture trade-offs, and collaboration across design, verification, and back-end teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions for AWS machine learning workloads.
