We have revolutionized the US golf simulator industry through industry-leading launch monitor technology, innovative simulator software, and an open technology platform that gives golfers the freedom to build the simulator experience that fits their game.We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Commerce team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Commerce, this role is responsible for executing Uneekor's customer lifecycle marketing strategy across email marketing, customer education, content creation, and digital engagement initiatives.The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, project manager, and content coordinator. This individual will develop and optimize email campaigns and automated customer journeys through email marketing tools, manage Uneekor's blog and educational content, coordinate creative asset production, and support ecommerce initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.This position works cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Brand, and external agencies to ensure customers receive the right information at every stage of their ownership journey while supporting product launches, educational initiatives, and ongoing ecommerce growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day execution of Uneekor's email marketing strategy through email marketing tools, e.g. Klaviyo.Build, manage, and optimize automated customer lifecycle flows, enhancing the customer buying journey and experience.Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.Coordinate email calendars around promotions, product launches, software releases, and company initiatives.Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.Monitor e-commerce, website and email campaign etc. performance and provide recommendations for continual improvement. This includes all e-commerce platforms, as well as Reseller sites monitoring and optimization.Partner with Customer Experience, Product Management, and Engineering teams to develop support educational customer journeys.Transform support documentation, FAQs, setup guides, release notes, and product updates into engaging customer communications.Identify opportunities to proactively educate customers through automated email experiences and website content.Help reduce support inquiries by delivering the right educational content at the appropriate stage of the customer journey.Own Uneekor's blog strategy and editorial calendar.Research, write, edit, and publish blog content focused on golf technology, simulator ownership, product education, company news, and industry trends.Coordinate content contributions from Product Management, Customer Experience, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.Ensure all published content aligns with Uneekor's brand voice, SEO best practices, and business objectives.Coordinate product photography, lifestyle shoots, video production, and other creative asset creation.Work with photographers, videographers, creative agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to execute marketing content projects.Assist with planning product launches by ensuring all necessary marketing assets are completed and delivered on schedule.Organize and maintain marketing asset libraries for internal use.Assist with website content publishing and maintenance through Shopify and the Sanity CMS.Support landing page creation, promotional updates, and merchandising initiatives.Help maintain consistency across product pages, educational resources, and marketing content.Collaborate with the Digital Commerce team Support on ongoing website improvements and customer experience initiatives.Monitor key email marketing and customer engagement metrics.Assist in reporting on lifecycle marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, engagement, and ecommerce conversion.Support SEO initiatives through content optimization and best practices.Stay current on digital marketing trends, marketing automation, and ecommerce best practices.Coordinate with internal departments to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer communications.Work with external marketing agencies and creative partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet Uneekor's brand standards.Support additional Digital Commerce initiatives as business needs evolve.Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical SkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, ecommerce marketing, or content marketing.Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools.Strong written communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.Experience managing content calendars and coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Shopify ecommerce experience is preferred.Experience using Sanity CMS or other headless content management systems is a plus but not required.Basic understanding of SEO best practices is preferred.Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics platforms is a plus.Experience coordinating creative projects, photography, or video production is a plus.Knowledge of golf or a passion for the game is strongly preferred.Preferred CharacteristicsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating across multiple departments.Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.Comfortable balancing creative execution with data-driven decision making.Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through digital marketing.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.Uneekor Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
