Carpentry Foreman

Grand Industrial and our Lebanon & Delphi, Indiana locations is seeking a hands-onIndustrial Construction Foremanto lead crews on industrial and commercial construction projects throughout Indiana and surrounding areas. This is aworking leadership role. On smaller projects, you will work alongside your crew performing the work. On larger projects, you will focus on planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and crew leadership. Company vehicle provided for qualifying candidates. Responsibilities: Lead industrial and commercial construction crews Promote and enforce a strong safety culture Perform and oversee carpentry, concrete, doors, finishes, and general construction work Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Work directly with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule Maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Complete daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation Qualifications: Experience in industrial, commercial, or construction environments Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Crew Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record What We Offer: $65,000 – $100,000 annual salary includes guaranteed pay and overtime Company vehicle provided for qualifying candidates 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Flexible Schedule If you’re a motivated leader who enjoys building projects, developing crews, and delivering quality work, we encourage you to apply and join the Grand Industrial team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
