Overview

Joint Construction Staffing is a family-owned and operated Wisconsin construction staffing company dedicated to connecting skilled tradespeople with leading residential and commercial contractors throughout Southern Wisconsin. We are currently hiring experienced Flatwork and Wall Concrete Workers for projects throughout the Madison area. If you have 3–6 years of concrete experience , enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you.

Whether your experience is in commercial concrete, residential foundations, sidewalks, parking lots, or structural walls, we have opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Form, pour, and finish concrete for residential and commercial projects
• Set and strip forms for footings, foundations, walls, slabs, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and parking lots
• Place and tie reinforcing steel and wire mesh
• Pour, screed, bull float, edge, groove, broom finish, and trowel concrete
• Build and install concrete wall forms
• Safely operate hand and power tools used in concrete construction
• Read blueprints and layout plans (preferred)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
• Work efficiently with foremen and crew members to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of concrete construction experience
• Experience with flatwork, wall concrete, or foundation work
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to jobsites throughout the Madison area
• Personal hand tools preferred
• Experience operating skid steers, power trowels, laser levels, or other concrete equipment is a plus
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety

Pay & Benefits

• $28.00–$40.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications
