Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, evaluating psychological, social, and emotional factors that may affect their mental health.

• Create, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's unique situation.

• Provide therapeutic services through various modalities, including individual and group therapy, using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community and providing a forum for shared experiences relating to mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, utilizing appropriate techniques to de-escalate situations and provide immediate assistance.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Actively engage in professional development activities, including case consultations and ongoing training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advances in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population presenting a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A current and valid license in mental health counseling, including Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a similar accredited certification.

• Strong understanding of mental health issues and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in maintaining confidential patient records.

• Experience working in telehealth settings is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
